FAQs

 

How do you ship your product?
Most items are shipped via US Postal Service.  The stained glass windows and doors have additional shipping considerations. These items may need to be boxed and shipped via FedEx Freight.  If so, we will discuss your shipping options and costs before shipment.

 

Do you charge shipping?
We are currently running a special where shipping is free when you purchase $20 or more.

 

Can I request FedEx or UPS instead of USPS?
You can request FedEx or UPS. There is an additional cost associated with these delivery options. After you submit your order, please send an email to ORDERS at RAMSESSARTONLINE.NET requesting this option.

 

What type payment do you take?
We use PayPal to process all payments. Via PayPal we accept Visa and MasterCard.

 

I don't have a credit card. Can I send you a check instead?
We do accept checks as payment for artwork.  Once we receive your check (and it has cleared the bank) your artwork will be shipped to you. Please select the email option under payments to initiate this process.

 

Can I order a custom designed stained glass window/door/bag/plate?
Ramsess does take on special commissioned work.  All commissions require a 50 percent deposit before work begins.  Please contact us so that we may begin a dialogue.

 

Do you offer framing?
No. Framing requires consideration of budget, size, style, and personal tastes.  We strongly recommend that you take your prints, cards, or original paintings to a reputable frame shop so that you can receive personal attention and care.
